Through our presentations, you will learn about the programs and services available for aging and disabled adults in Kern County. We are also experts in Medicare rights and advocacy, and through our HICAP program, we provide educational workshops on various Medicare-related topics as well as tips on how to spot Medicare fraud. Our educational workshops are both for consumer audiences and professional training and will be tailored for your specific group.
